Established in 1959 as the charitable arm of the Television Academy, the Television Academy Foundation harnesses the power of television to transform lives and careers, increase diversity in the field, and promote positive social change. Foundation programs cultivate, educate, and empower the next generation of storytellers whose vision and voices will shape the entertainment medium and impact our worldview. The Foundation has launched the careers of over 2,000 individuals through high-touch programs that prioritize experiential learning and access to industry professionals.
